One the Square comprises commercial and leisure spaces and forms part of CB1, a brand new city quarter located next to Cambridge railway station which will benefit from new public spaces and improvements to public transport infrastructure.
Designed by architecture firm Perkins+Will, the new development has transformed the surrounding landscape. One the Square boasts 129,295 sq ft. of Grade A office space as well as 13,379 sq ft. of retail provision and sits alongside Abellio Greater Anglia’s work to redesign Cambridge railway station.
